His motivation to build Aris comes from lived experience. Like many people, Niko has navigated the quiet pressures that accumulate across responsibility, relationships, health, and the weight of building something meaningful. Those moments shaped not only why Aris exists, but how it was built, with care, respect, and emotional safety at its core.

Niko is the creator of the Periodic Table of the Self^™, a framework designed to understand people as whole, interconnected lives rather than isolated traits or symptoms. This framework forms a central part of Aris Intelligence, allowing Aris to recognize patterns of imbalance and support a return to clarity, steadiness, and connection as life unfolds.

Before Aris, Niko served as CEO of SurePeople, where he led the development of Prism®, a human understanding framework adopted across healthcare, education, and elite athletics. Across his career, he has been granted multiple patents and recognized for his work at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and organizational leadership.

Niko has been inducted into the University of Illinois Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame and recognized as a Global Change Maker by the Kellogg School of Management. He currently chairs the Aris Scientific and Ethics Council, guiding the company’s commitment to privacy, trust, and the responsible use of advanced AI in support of human life.

Dax Abraham leads the architecture and delivery of the Aris Intelligence Ecosystem, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and built to evolve with every user. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, healthcare, and behavioral science, Dax ensures our systems are not only technically advanced but built with emotional safety and trust at their core.

Prior to Aris, Dax served as CTO of Ordway, where he modernized cloud-based financial operations. He also held senior roles at SapientNitro and co-founded Iris Social AI—developing AI-powered tools for audience engagement. Dax brings deep expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, content strategy, and psychometric systems. He earned his engineering degree from PICT and is a seven-time patent holder.

Yanni Lolis leads product innovation and development at Aris, turning vision into experience and science into actionable support. Prior to Aris, Yanni served as Chief Product Officer at SurePeople, where he oversaw the development of a psychometric and AI-powered platform for performance and development across sectors. He has held creative and product leadership roles at Orbitz, Akoo, and across global media and tech brands. He holds a degree in International Relations from Tufts and completed media studies at Vancouver Film School.

Demo Drakoulis leads strategy and key corporate partnerships at Aris, ensuring every initiative and alliance reflects the company’s mission and values. From business model evolution to long-range planning, Demo shapes the strategic direction of Aris with a focus on growth that is ethical, measurable, and impact-driven.

Demo oversees the financial performance and validation of key initiatives, building a strategic foundation for scale. He is responsible for identifying and nurturing aligned partnerships—from health and wellness platforms to enterprise collaborations—that expand Aris' reach while protecting its integrity. Prior to joining Aris, Demo served in a leadership role at LEARN Behavioral, where he supported M&A diligence, operational expansion, and board-level reporting for a national provider of autism therapy services.

Demo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His unique ability to combine financial discipline with mission alignment ensures Aris grows in ways that serve our members while delivering strategic value to stakeholders.

Scott McLuckie leads the scientific strategy at Aris, overseeing the ongoing validation, refinement, and research behind the Periodic Table of the Self^™ and Aris Elements^™. He ensures that our behavioral insights are not only accurate and reliable, but deeply human, predictive, and ethically grounded.

Scott brings a decade of experience in psychometrics and organizational psychology. Prior to Aris, he served as Senior Director of Psychometrics at SurePeople, where he led the scientific validation of Prism® and expanded its use across major healthcare systems, professional sports teams, and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology from Butler University.

As steward of Aris' scientific core, Scott ensures we don’t just measure what matters—we turn it into personalized, actionable guidance that empowers every user to grow with clarity and purpose.

Pradeep Kumar oversees the design and development of Aris’ technical infrastructure, bringing more than 17 years of experience in full-stack development, scalable architecture, and cloud-based systems. He works closely with SVP of Technology Dax Abraham, with whom he has partnered since 2010, including as co-founder of Iris Social AI.

At Aris, Pradeep leads engineering operations that enable real-time intelligence, emotional simulation, and personalized coaching. He ensures our systems are robust, reliable, and ready to scale as we grow. His background includes leadership roles at Recoup Health, SurePeople, and Ordway, with expertise in Python, AWS, DevOps, and microservices architecture.

With a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University, Pradeep is passionate about building systems that make AI feel human, personal, and transformational.

As Director of Social Media Marketing at Aris, Christa Skoubis brings our mission to life across every platform—from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok and beyond. Christa brings over five years of experience across marketing, sales, and event management, combined with a strong academic foundation in journalism, public relations, and advertising from Indiana University. As Director of Digital Marketing Platforms at Aris, Nick Schneider sits at the intersection of data, technology, and purpose—ensuring every digital touchpoint is both measurable and meaningful. He leads the strategic orchestration of our digital ecosystem, spanning paid media, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, with the goal of elevating both performance and precision. Nick plays a pivotal role in one of our deepest commitments: reaching the right people, with the right message, at the right time.

A graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Art History and Political Science, Emma leads with deep integrity and vision—identifying influential voices and strategic platforms that align with the Aris ethos and can amplify our mission to transform lives, one relationship at a time.

In addition to leading our celebrity and affiliate partnership strategy, Emma co-leads our influencer initiatives, working hand-in-hand with the Director of Social Media Marketing to ensure every collaboration is both emotionally resonant and audience-aligned. Under her leadership, affiliate partnerships extend beyond brand alignments—they are purposeful collaborations with synergistic platforms that share our commitment to personal growth, such as those helping people through life milestones, self-discovery, and emotional wellness.

Drawing on her experience as Chief of Staff to a Grammy-nominated international artist and her tenure at high-performance institutions like Sotheby’s and Wachtell Lipton, Emma brings world-class operational rigor, discretion, and emotional intelligence to every relationship. Her global network and innate understanding of human dynamics open the door to partnerships that are not only far-reaching but deeply impactful.
